Kota Kinabalu Mandarin Toastmasters Club's 10th Installation Banquet

3 July 2004, the Kota Kinabalu Mandarin Toastmasters Club, one of the largest Toastmasters clubs in Division K, staged its 9th Anniversary and 10th Installation Banquet at the Shangri-La's Tanjung Aru Resort (STAR). The Guest of Honour at the banquet, which was attended by over 300 Toastmasters and guests, was the Assistant Minister of Local Government and Housing, YB Edward Yong Qui Fah. The Division K Governor, Richard A. Gontusan, ATM-G, was also present at the glittering banquet.
The Immediate Past Area K3 Governor, James Wee Kie Ping, ATM-S, installed President Wong Phong Yun, ATM-B, and his Executive Committee 2004/2005 into office. Among those installed into office was the Area K3 Governor, Justin Chong, ATM-G, who is the club's Immediate Past President.
